Aloha & Thank you for your interest in the 2018 Season with the Kailua Mustangs Pop Warner Association. All of our IN PERSON registration dates are done and we will only be accepting registrations via ONLINE moving forward. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a separate email for scheduling a date for your participant's Equipment / Uniform fitting and ID picture taking. Please see below for teams still accepting participants.

- $250 per participant, Football or Cheer (Registration fees include: Association Operations fees, OPW Assessment Fees, Practice Gear, Game Gear, Team Shirts, Pictures (Basic Package) and Bus Transportation to Certification day. Shoulder pads & helmet are NOT included)*
- Payment types: Cash or Debit/Credit Card. NO PERSONAL CHECKS!**
- OPTIONAL Equipment: (Each piece of equipment can be purchased individually or together)
- Shoulder Pads - $50
- Helmet - $100
- Late registration fee: May vary dependent on submission date.

All of the below forms must be turned in by May 24th unless otherwise agreed upon with Association Board.

- ORIGINAL & 2 copies of participant birth certificate (Original will be returned once certified or copies can be verified
- Copy of participants Medical Card
*Previously purchased equipment may be used if certified or bought within the last year and receipt of purchase is provided
